Faced with this critical situation, the company turned to their other partner Vekia, a specialist in inventory optimization and advanced planning solutions, to urgently deploy a contingency platform.
In just 8 days, the teams from Vekia and Martin Brower successfully implemented a fully configured, ready-to-use contingency solution. This rapid deployment included:
- The setup and configuration of the platform, including its advanced algorithms.
- The development and integration of data flowsnecessary to ensure smooth communication between systems, including two years of historical sales data.
- The creation of complementary processes, such as the calculation of the Bill of Materials (BOM)and the management of a probabilistic perpetual inventory tailored to Martin Brower’s needs.
